Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026

Publisher and scope

John Trenary publishes AI EmpowerHub™ tools under the AI EmpowerHub™ and AI EHub names. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to John Trenary as the publisher.

This policy covers the AI EmpowerHub™ informational website, messages you send directly to us, and every AI EmpowerHub™ plugin listed below. It describes the publisher’s practices; OpenAI and any other service you use have separate privacy practices that this policy does not control.

Plugins covered by this policy

Information used in plugin interactions

Each plugin uses the information you provide in the OpenAI experience to respond to your request. Depending on the task, that may include business goals, industry and location, pricing or financial assumptions, marketing plans, operations, grant or financing questions, decisions, or documents and notes you choose to provide. The SCORE Research Assistant - AI EHub may use approved reference materials and anonymized active-case information supplied by a mentor. Do not include unnecessary personal, client-identifying, or confidential information.

The plugins are instruction-based experiences and do not send your inputs to an AI EmpowerHub-operated plugin server. The publisher does not receive or keep a separate copy of plugin inputs or outputs through a publisher-run plugin backend. If you contact us directly, the information you send is handled as described below.

OpenAI and connected services

Your plugin interaction takes place within the OpenAI product you use. OpenAI may process prompts, uploaded files, generated outputs, and related information under its applicable policies and your account or workspace settings. Some tasks may use platform-provided web search, file processing, or other tools. If you choose to use a connected service, that service may process relevant information under its own terms and privacy practices. This policy does not set those providers’ retention periods or promise that they do not store or use your inputs.

See OpenAI’s Privacy Policy and OpenAI’s privacy controls. Use the applicable provider’s controls or privacy request process for information held by that provider.

Information you send directly to us

If you contact us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, the contents of your message, and attachments you choose to send. We use this information to answer requests, troubleshoot issues, handle privacy requests, and maintain necessary communication records. Please avoid sending client-identifying documents or unnecessary confidential information.

Website visits

This informational website is hosted using OpenAI Sites. Hosting may process request and device information needed to deliver and secure the website. The website has no publisher-added analytics, advertising tags, mailing-list form, or embedded third-party media.

Recipients and sharing

OpenAI processes interactions within its platform under its own policies. OpenAI Sites hosts this website under applicable provider policies. Our email provider processes messages sent directly to us so we can respond. We may disclose support communications when legally required or as necessary to address a security issue or protect legal rights. We do not sell support communications or use them for targeted advertising.

Retention

We do not retain a separate publisher-backend copy of plugin inputs or outputs because the current plugin packages do not connect to a publisher-operated backend. Information processed by OpenAI, OpenAI Sites, or a connected service is subject to that provider’s retention policies and controls. Support correspondence is retained for nine months after a request is closed, unless a legal obligation or an active dispute requires longer retention.

Your choices and requests

You choose what information to provide and may use anonymous or aggregated examples. Contact john.trenary@aol.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you sent directly to us. We will handle requests subject to applicable law and may need to verify the request without collecting unnecessary information. We cannot delete information from OpenAI or other providers’ systems on your behalf.

Information to avoid submitting

Do not provide passwords, API keys, payment-card details, government identifiers, protected health information, or unnecessary personal information about clients, employees, or other people. Use only information you are authorized to share.

Children

These business tools are not directed to children under 13. Access to the OpenAI platform is subject to its applicable eligibility requirements.

Security

Please minimize the information you share. Access to support communications is limited to the publisher and service providers needed to handle the request. No electronic transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Updates and contact

We will update this page when our practices or covered plugins change and revise its effective date. Contact John Trenary at john.trenary@aol.com with privacy questions.
